Mesquite Gaming officials say that the new addition expands upon the main dining selection throughout the resort, the River Cafe and Sierra’s Buffet, and gives guests a greater variety to choose from in a quick-serve approach. The all-new pizzeria featuring a variety of deep dish and thin crust pizza’s will now compliment casual dining options inside the Virgin River Bowling Center. Mesquite Gaming will open Uno Express Pizza inside its Virgin River Hotel and Casino next week. A new Uno Express Pizzeria will be opening on Monday in the Virgin River Bowling Center in the Virgin River Hotel and Casino.
